What is my login information?
Ask your regional staff or reach out to our team if you don't know your login information. We can easily reset your login information for you if necessary.
When will my order be delivered?
Bulk Postage: Sending mail with bulk postage will usually be delivered within 5-10 working days. This option is often preferred for materials that are not time sensitive. First Class Postage: Sending mail with First Class postage will usually be delivered within 3-7 working days. This option is preferred for time-sensitive materials. *Christmas packages will be delivered the week of Dec. 18th
Can I order products to my house to send out on my own?
Yes*. If you want to order products only to be printed and sent directly to you, select the "Print Only" option when prompted to choose a mailing list. If you want printed products to be sent to you in addition to having products mailed to a list, make the total print quantity greater than the mailing quantity on the order page. When you reach the shopping cart, make sure to input the shipping address and choose a shipping method. The total number of items you are receiving will appear under "shipment quantity" next to your product in the shopping cart. *The Christmas packages are ineligible for print only or additionally printed products.
Tips for using our Designer Studio
When will my order be mailed?
After you place your order, it takes 3 business days for Reaching Neighbors to process, print and address your order before we drop it into the postal system. (This process is different for the Christmas packages. Those orders are due November 21, we mail them out the week of December 11, and recipients will recieve them the week of December 18.)
How will I know my order has been delivered?
When you receive a copy at your doorstep! With every Reaching Neighbors order we include an extra copy* at no additional cost to you, and send it right to your door! The above does not apply for the christmas package products however. For those orders, you will receive an email notification when your packages have been shipped. Make sure your Shipping Address is correct when you are checking out! This is where your copy will be sent. *Christmas packages are the only products where you will not receive a complimentary copy.
How do I upload my own design?
1. Download your design file as a high resolution PDF, JPG, or PNG. 2. Click on the product you want. 3. Navigate to the bottom of the page, and click the "custom design / upload your own" button to be taken to the design studio. 4. Click on the "background" button in the left panel. 5. Click the "Upload Background" button and upload your design file as the background. 6. (If there is an envelope page) Add your return address to the top left of the envelope page. 7. Review your design and ensure none of your text goes beyond the green dashed line. *The green dashed line is the "safe line" - anything within this is considered safe. *The red dashed line is the "cut line" - anything outside of this line will be cutoff.
